Data protection
Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This site has no forms, no analytics and sets no cookies. Even so, here is what happens with your data if you write to us, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
- Responsible
- glaim.io
- Contact
- hello@glaim.io
What data is processed
- If you send an e-mail (to the address above or to any shown on the site): your address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
- Server logs: the web server records the requests it receives, with the IP address, the time and the page requested. That keeps the site working and helps spot abuse.
- Nothing else: no forms, no analytics, no profiling, no advertising, no automated decisions.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer you and, where it applies, prepare a demo or a quote: your own request (pre-contractual steps) and the legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes.
- To keep the site secure and available: legitimate interest.
For how long
E-mails are kept while the conversation lasts and afterwards for as long as legal responsibilities require. Server logs are kept briefly, only as long as diagnosis and security need.
Who else sees it
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, with this site's servers in Helsinki (Finland), inside the European Union.
- E-mail: the provider of the glaim.io mailbox, which handles the messages on our behalf as a processor.
Nothing is sold or handed to anybody else.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, object to the processing, ask for it to be restricted, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hello@glaim.io. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
